Delhi Metro Rail Corporation recently have hiked their fare. Minimum fare for Delhi metro has jumped from Rupees 8 to Rupees 10 while maximum fare is increased from Rs. 30 to 50 Rupees. DMRC will provide 10 % additional discount on using Smart Card, This will valid from Monday - Saturday during off Peak Hours.
Smart Card Users will continue to avail 10 % discount on each journey as earlier. Additional 10 % discount will be given to users who will exit during off-peak hours.
Delhi Metro Fare List 2017 New Rates
As per the official statement the recent hike in DMRC is because of hike in electricity, maintenance work and increasing staff salaries. In the New fare scheme special discount will be offered on Sunday and National Holidays. Metro Fare revision is done after 8 years.Delhi Metro tourist card Rates
Tourist card with 1 day and 3 Day validity will be available for Rs. 200 and Rs. 500 respectively. This Include refundable security deposit of Rs. 50/-
Discount for Smart Card Users
