- Select your district
- Select your region or area
- Select your town or block
- then select your gram | village panchayat
- Choose your card type
- Name of your Mukhiya
- Father name of Mukhiya
- Choose ration card number
- Choose voter number
- Enter bank account number
- Enter Aadhar card number

- For getting information you need to enter in first five fields 1,2,3,45 and 6
Applying for new ration card in uttar pradesh
