Discoveries of Hodgkin's
Dorothy Hodgkin's was particular a specialist analyzing the three dimensional structures of Biomolecules with the help of X-Ray Crystallography

  • In 1945 working with C.H Carlisle she published first structure of Steroid
  • In 1945 she and here colleague solved the structure of Penicillin, demonstrating it contains B-Lactum ring, although the research was not published till 1954
