Step-1

Go to SBI Life Ladli fund value page  https://corporatesolutions.onlinesbilife.com/ladli/Ladlifundvalue.aspx

Step-2
Enter your Ladli Application number in the Group member Id field


Step-3

Select your  child date of birth as per ladli application in the Member DOB field

Step-4

Click on Submit button to download Ladli scheme insurance slip
