How to download delhi ladli scheme insurance slip

For downloading Laddli Deposit money slip you need to have application number of Ladli scheme and date of birth of child. Follow below mentioned steps to download Ladli slip.


Step-1

Go to SBI Life Ladli fund value page  https://smartcare.sbilife.co.in/GroupCare/#/Home

and login with your mobile details, if you can not login then you need to signup



Step-2
Enter your Ladli Application number in the Group member Id field


Step-3
Select your  child date of birth as per ladli application in the Member DOB field

Step-4
Click on Submit button to download Ladli scheme insurance slip
