- Last date for Submit Application: 9th October 2014
- Date of DDA Flats Result Draw: 30th October 2014

Who Can apply for DDA Flats allotment New Delhi
- Applicant must not own any residential flat or Plot in Delhi, In their own name or the name of spouse or Children.
- One person can submit only one application, Both Husband & Wife can apply if both are successful, only one can retain the flat.
- Any Citizen of India who is at least 18 years are eligible to apply
